The Bangladeshi Students Association at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign organizes an Iftar Potluck during the holy month of Ramadan, bringing together students and community members to break their fast in a warm, communal setting.
BSA-UIUC arranged a protest showing solidarity with the student protests and citizens of Bangladesh in their fight for civil liberties, democracy, and justice. Since July 1, 2024, students across Bangladesh have protested an unjust quota system in the Civil Service that unfairly favors regime supporters
